Rental terms and conditions

By using Forestradiant services, you agree to these terms. Our event decor and furniture rental services are subject to the conditions outlined below.
We provide luxury furniture and decor rentals for events in Seattle and surrounding areas. All items remain property of forestradiant.
Rental periods are calculated in full days. Items must be returned in original condition. You are responsible for any damage during rental period.
A deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due before delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations 30+ days before event receive full refund. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. See Return Policy for details.
You are responsible for rented items during rental period. Damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost. Normal wear is expected.
Delivery times are scheduled in advance. Additional fees apply outside Seattle metro area. Setup services included in packages.
