Cancellation and refund terms

Forestradiant offers flexible cancellation and refund options for event decor and furniture rentals. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and returns.
30+ Days Before Event: Full refund of all payments made.
15-29 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total rental cost.
Less Than 15 Days Before Event: No refund available.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event date.
You may reschedule your event once without penalty if done 30+ days in advance and subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur fees.
If rental items arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace items at no charge or provide a partial refund if replacement is not possible.
For outdoor events affected by severe weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation via email.
All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received. Normal wear is acceptable. Damage beyond normal use will be charged at replacement cost.
